Part 2: Everyone’s a Suspect
The entire CUE team was questioned.
Rachel had left early to pick up her kids.
Janet was in the editing suite reviewing creator submissions. Christine had
been the last one to see Skip alive, she’d brought him a coffee around 8:30 PM.
Then came the bombshell:
Bryan discovered that Skip was about
to go public with a whistleblower story, he claimed someone was
rerouting customer data through a “shadow channel.” Something buried in the
platform.
Studio logs revealed the final person to swipe
into the room before the cameras cut: Hailey, customer service lead.
But Hailey swore she never went in. “My badge
was in my purse… I didn’t touch it.”
The power flickered. Then, every screen in the
building flashed the same words:
“HE TOLD.”
